She's saying "Come over and pet me"
My Brother outside the "Puppy and Breeding" quarters for the doggies.
This girl was the sweetest! She is a breeding dog for Guide Dogs and she loves her toy.
Here she is standing up for us. We could pet her through the fence and she loved it.
